With Fire and Sword!

Hey there guys! So today I decided to play some more Mount & Blade, with fire and sword :D
I figured out what units I like the most... Swedish pikemen, Polish Cavalry and Khanate Archers :p
It's so lovely to look at the arrow rain while the cavalry run my enemies down... :D

Tomorrow starts the weekend :p Thursday and Friday is holiday, so 4 days weekend for me :D

1 out of 8 hours

Hey there :) So today have been shit... Mostly anyways... The science test was easy.
BUT! Problem is it was the only constructive thing I had to do at school. 1 Hour out of 8... So I've spent 7 hours sleeping on my desk.

In my "dream world" The school system understands that when a student is done with what he was told to do that day, he is done. So they let him/her go home. In reality that's not the case. Instead, day after day we waste hours on hours at school, doing nothing but making paper planes and chatting.

Now todays scenario: First two hours of the day we had Norwegian. But since we had the science test we could practice instead. Then I spent about 30 minutes doing the test, oh and then what? Two whole hours where I could do nothing. I couldn't go home because I had four hours class after lunch.

 Here comes the real issue... The four last hours, I did nothing. Nothing at all! It's the end of the year, I've learned what should be learnt by now and I get to choose if I want to take some extra tests to improve my grades. I choose to take two out of three. I get these "repetition tasks" which I can work with, at school. Why could I not go home and do them? It should be my choice really. I didn't need my teachers help to do them, I already knew most of the answers and I learn better when reading at home (It's true.)

But the reality not being my dream world, I couldn't go home, and so I decided to do nothing.

Hopefully (if you even bothered to read it all :p ) you know this feeling.

So what are your thoughts in this?
 Do you think students should get to decide how they shall learn and how to spend their time, a little bit more freely?
Do you think students shall be awarded for finishing their work quickly? (if correct)
Do you think it would be unfair for the students that DO NOT BOTHER to finish quickly?
And do you think it would all be unfair to those with handicaps who for any reason could not perform as well as the others?

Today I went swimming in Pirbadet. It was Christine, me and two of my friends. We had a lot of fun! :D

But after swimming for 2-3 hours we had to eat... So why not eat a 320g hamburger with chips and Solo? :D
OH WAIT : o You might not know what solo is? It's like fanta, just Norwegian only D:
 Hmmm... YUMMY : D

Unfortunately my girlfriend managed to knock herself up in one of the water slides :( Poor girl never saw it coming...

I also got this bigass test tomorrow, in nature science... So I've spent some time reading through my book.

So that's pretty much what I did today. I guess I'll play some pokemon and try to sleep soonish :D

Saturday (check)

So yesterday... Was kind of boring :p (yet fun) I didn't do much. I ate Dots, did some homework and played Super Smash Brawl.

Oh and I also installed Mount & Blade Warband: With Fire and Sword (capital damn letters!)

It was great :D Only thing I hate with it is
1: Everything is expensive... (I can't say I didn't use some cheats...)
2: Reloading the guns takes FOREVER (Forever being 10 seconds or so...)
3: Using the cheat CTRL + F5 Let's AI take control over your character... I gave it a try and checked my facebook, tried to open the window again, impossiburu... So I ended up quitting, loosing over 500 FULL armored soldiers and 4 Castles... Don't think I will try to play again for some days :p

So that's about it... Didn't do anything special yesterday.
I'm going to take a swim soonish... In an hour or two :D

Today I'm going to a party with my girlfriend :) It's one of her friends birthday.
It doesn't start until 07:00 so I guess I'll exercise , take a shower and tidy up before then :p

Saturday... Meh I ain't got no plans for Saturday, relax I guess. Give some ideas guys!

On Sunday I'm going to Pirbadet again. Swimming, HELL YEAH!

So this was just brief, I will most likely post more in detail laters :3

Thor with the hammer

Hey there followers!:) (This movie review WILL contain some spoilers!)

So two weeks ago I went to see the movie "Thor" which is based around Norse mythology.
It was EPIC! How can I describe it... A black man with the same name as a towns part here in Trondheim, wearing golden armor and got a giant ass sword... That's EPIC!
 

The movie starts out with a short introduction to the races shown in the movie: The frost giants, humans and the people of Asgard.

After the introduction Thor is about to be crowned king of Asgard, but suddenly some Frost giants break into the Asgard vault and tries to steal the Casket of ancient winters, which is the source of power for the frost giants. Filled with rage Thor and his mighty allies, Sif, Loki(Thor's brother) and the Warriors Three travel to Jotunheim to confront Laufey (King of Frost Giants) After a taunt from king Laufey Thor starts to kick some Frost butts. It goes great until our mighty heroes find them trapped at the edge of cliff. But to the rescue comes ODIN! The almighty king of Asgard. He teleport the heroes back to Asgard, but to discipline Thor, making him ready to be King of Asgard, Odin takes away the godly powers from Thor, exiles him to earth and puts a spell on Thor's EPIC MIGHTY HAMMER OF DOOM AND DESTRUCTION, Mjolnir, so that only those worthy can lift it.

I won't spoil more now :P

Norway

Hey guys :) First off I want to make a rant... Luls -____- woke up as normal, took the bus as normal, had PE the first two hours of the day... Buuuut the teacher was ill and home in bed so we had two hours free time... And the third class we have today is English, project, so self education... So the first three hours of today was WASTED D':

Now, Norway is a long, pretty big country. Here in Norway we have "Many fjords and fjells" Many fjords and mountains :p



But even though Norway is a big country, it's only filled with 5 million people (Compare it to japan with over 100 million people on a somewhat small island)

Many people think that Norway is like the North pole, COLD. While not wrong, we got some pretty warm summers with temperatures averaging around 20-25 degrees Celsius in the summer days, and (give me a blanket and a warm fireplace!) in November, December, January and February the temperature is pretty low. Some years it can get as cold as -40, -50 degrees Celsius. Under normal circumstances I don't believe that the temperature will drop below -30 degrees Celsius, most likely averaging around 15-23 degrees Celsius.

And contrary to popular belief we do not have ice bears as house pets. (The Russians still do though! :o)

Norway's national day is 17th May. It's our national day because that's the day we became independent from Sweden. We celebrate it by walking in parades, express our happiness and love for out country :)

Our national costume is called Bunad. There are MANY different types of bunads depending on where in the country your from.

I can't come up with any tourist attractions that I myself find entertaining.
But we got Nidaros Cathedral, a pilgrim checkpoint. It's located in Trondheim.


 We also got various amusement parks, most known "Tusen Fryd"


Norway hosts one of the worlds largest LAN (LAN means Local Area Network, where people are connected to the same Local Network, and play games locally (not over the internet) )

So, today have been great : D Got my daily stamina/strength training, my girlfriend is with me and well, I've eaten half a pizza :D

Hut - Two- three- four

So, I went out for a jog, with my dog and my girlfriend :) Wasn't too long, and we walked some, and took some extra laps with the dog by the river. About 2km I believe.

Today I realized something... I suck at playing a game the first time :p Playing Savage 2 didn't go to well :p Might be because it's new for me, and the players I played against where f**king pro O _  O'

Well, today I've trained some... Upper body strength and stamina :p Nothing too hard though...

Gonna try to sleep soonish.. Didn't fall asleep until about 01:30 AM -___ -' (01:30 (24-hour clock)) Hope I got that right :p

Hello there!

So this is my first post.

I'll just tell you briefly what I did this weekend.

Sooooo... Friday, last school day in every week. Was boring. We originally had 6 hours , but the teachers let us go two hours earlier, and so me and my classmates could start the weekend earlier :D 

Three of my best buds and I decided to go swimming, so we walked for 40 minutes to Pirbadet:

It was fun :p Until... One of my friends managed to cut his foot on something... Aaand he was sent home. (free ticked though!) So much blood...

Well well, on Saturday I took my girlfriend to the cinema, why not watch the latest Pirates of The Caribbean? 

It was great! Hopefully there will be more movies about CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow.

Had to pay 80 NOK extra for 3D glasses... sucks.. Because I already own 4 pairs.

But who can resist mermaids!?



Aaaand.. Today I've done NOTHING, really, NOTHING. Except for traveling from my GF's place to mine. Hope you enjoyed reading :D
